Rockwood Private Equity (Pty) Ltd.Bloomberg Terminal, formed when Barclays Africa Group Ltd. spun off its buyout unit in 2013, said it plans to sell Tsebo Outsourcing Group Ltd. by the end of the year, marking its first disposal.

“Tsebo has become a pan-African business -- it’s in more than 20 countries,” Andrew Dewar, managing partner of Johannesburg-based Rockwood, said in an interview on Feb. 13. “With a sophisticated company like Tsebo in unsaturated markets you can grow way faster than gross domestic product.”
