Temasek, Joint Venture Partners Buy London Properties

Temasek Holdings Pte and four partners agreed to buy two prime central London properties for 308 million pounds ($458 million) for a residential and office tower development as Asian investors snap up overseas real estate.

The Singapore state investment firm joins Amcorp Properties Bhd., a Malaysian property developer; Hotel Properties Ltd., owner of the Four Seasons hotels in Singapore and Bali; Montrose Land & Development Ltd. and Tarras Park Properties Ltd. to create Bankside Quarter Ltd. to purchase the London properties, Amcorp said in a statement to the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange Monday.
