CBS Corp. will offer a standalone Showtime TV service over the Internet starting in early July, joining the ranks of programmers letting viewers watch shows like “Masters of Sex” without signing up for conventional pay TV.

The service will cost $10.99 a month and will be available initially only on Apple Inc. products including the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, New York-based CBS said Wednesday in a statement.
