Peru’s central bank kept borrowing costs unchanged for a second straight month after cutting reserve requirements to a three-year low to fuel a rebound in growth.

The seven-member board, led by bank President Julio Velarde, yesterday maintained the overnight rate at 4 percent, as forecast by all 19 economists surveyed by Bloomberg.
