European Central Bank Governing Council member Ardo Hansson comments on the latest stimulus measures, asset purchases, the risk of bubbles, sanctions against Russia, and the Estonian economy.
Hansson, who also heads Estonia’s central bank, made the remarks in an interview with Bloomberg News in Frankfurt yesterday.
