Credit markets are signaling that Germany’s biggest bank is riskier than Italy’s for the first time since 2010. Five-year credit-default swaps on Deutsche Bank AG’s senior debt have jumped to 265 basis points amid concerns about profits and restructuring efforts. That compares with 245 basis points for UniCredit SpA, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
