There's plenty of anticipation for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump's Wednesday night speech on illegal immigration. Silicon Valley, in particular, may be looking for more clarity into Trump's position on a proposed Department of Homeland Security rule that would make it easier for immigrant entrepreneurs to stay in the United States.
