Bloomberg Law: Alabama Chief Justice Faces Ouster (Audio)

(Bloomberg) -- Douglas Laycock, a professor at the University of Virginia, and Jesse Choper, a professor at Berkeley Law School, discuss Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, who has been suspended from his role and is currently being investigated by a judicial oversight panel, which is weighing an ethics complaint against Moore. The investigation follows Moore's refusal to abide by the Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v Hodges, which legalized gay marriage in America. They speak with Bloomberg Law host June Grasso on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
