NBC suspended Billy Bush from the "Today" show over his behavior during a conversation he had with Donald Trump in 2005, in which degrading comments about women from the Republican presidential candidate have since triggered an outcry that’s roiled Trump’s campaign.
"There is simply no excuse for Billy’s language and behavior on that tape,” NBC Executive Producer Noah Oppenheim said in a memo obtained by Bloomberg that was sent to "Today" staff. "NBC has decided to suspend Billy, pending further review of this matter."
