Mosaic CEO Says Availability of Labor ‘A Real Challenge’

Mosaic Co. Chief Executive Officer Jim Prokopanko said hiring workers in western Canada is a “real challenge” as the fertilizer producer has to compete with energy companies in the region.
“It’s a gold-rush, boomtown mentality going on,” he said today in an interview with Bloomberg Television’s Erik Schatzker at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
