JPMorgan Said to Plan Sale of Centro Properties Debt

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is holding an auction to find buyers for $143 million in loans owed to it by Australia’s Centro Properties Group, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The New York-based bank is seeking investors for senior portions of the loans, denominated in both U.S. and Australian dollars, the person said, asking not to be identified as the details are private. The auction will be held today at 5:00 p.m. London time, the person said.
