Switzerland’s two largest closely held banks are poised to publish their earnings after two centuries of secrecy.

Cie. Lombard, Odier SCA, the Geneva-based bank established in 1796, is due to publish its financial statement on Aug. 28, according to a company official who asked not to be named in line with the bank’s policy.
