Who needs daily press briefings when the president tweets as often as Donald Trump? Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her team are spending less and less time at the White House podium taking questions from reporters -- clocking under three hours last month. On average, the Trump administration has devoted half as much time to on-the-record press briefings as predecessor Barack Obama and 9 percent less than George W. Bush during each White House’s first 20 months.
