Deutsche Bank AG wants to level the playing field with the startups that want to disrupt the finance industry.
The bank has set up a start up factory called Breaking Wave that it’s keeping at arm’s length to be able to attract staff who wouldn’t otherwise want to work for Deutsche Bank, according to Thomas Nielsen, who oversee new ventures at the German lender.
