Hedge fund manager Mark Fishman is closing his credit firm Aesir Capital Management after seven years, and moving several members of his team to Michael Gelband’s ExodusPoint Capital Management.

ExodusPoint, whose $8 billion of capital is managed by more than 50 teams, will take on 10 employees from Aesir, according to people with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. The hires, led by Fishman, include six other investment professionals, while ExodusPoint’s operations group will add three Aesir staffers, one person said.
