Attendo, DomusVi Are Said to Consider Bidding for Alloheim

European health-care services providers Attendo AB and DomusVi are among companies considering bids for German nursing-home operator Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen SE, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Other potential bidders for Carlyle Group LP-owned Alloheim include Belgium’s closely held Armonea SA, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. Alloheim has also drawn interest from private equity firms such as PAI Partners SAS, BC Partners, Nordic Capital, CVC Capital Partners, Cinven, Advent International and Antin Infrastructure Partners, the people said.
