Operating from near the town of Cavan in the Republic of Ireland less than three miles from where checkpoints disappeared decades ago, the journey back and forth to the U.K. province of Northern Ireland has been straight forward and required little paperwork for most of Leydon’s career. He’s now worried that’s about to change dramatically.
