KSL Capital Partners LLC, a private-equity manager with investments from ski resorts to indoor skydiving, is considering selling the four-time Ryder Cup golf venue the Belfry, according to three people with knowledge of the plan.

The landlord is seeking offers of about 180 million pounds ($234 million) for the 500-acre (202-hectare) English resort, two of the people said, asking not to be identified because the plan isn’t public. Broker Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. has been appointed to advise on options for the Warwickshire estate, which includes a hotel and spa, the people said. Other options include selling a stake in the project.
