National Bank Says Website Error May Have Affected 400 Customers

National Bank of Canada said a website glitch may have exposed the personal information of about 400 customers.

Some people filling out an electronic form on the lender’s website could have seen data provided by a previous customer, the Montreal-based bank said Thursday in an emailed statement.
