Bloomberg Awarded Best Pricing and Analytics Provider and Best RegTech Provider at SRP Europe Awards 2024

Bloomberg is pleased to announce that it was recognized as Best Pricing and Analytics Provider and Best RegTech Provider at the 2024 Structured Retail Products (SRP) Europe Awards. This is Bloomberg’s fifth SRP Europe win in the Best Pricing and Analytics Provider category, further underscoring Bloomberg’s consistency in delivering a robust solution that enables structured products clients with the necessary analytics to streamline their workflow.  

The SRP awards gives recognition to market-leaders throughout the structured product landscape. Participants are evaluated against a comprehensive set of criteria, acknowledging premier solutions in structured products that significantly move the needle.

Bloomberg’s offering sits within the Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS), a comprehensive suite of risk management tools that delivers consolidated analytics and results to help firms manage derivative exposure and comply with regulatory requirements. Its integral component, the Derivatives Library (DLIB), provides clients with structuring, pricing and the ability to choose risk and return features to improve pre-trade and post-trade decision-making.

Bloomberg has increased operational efficiencies across the board, most notably through its use of adjoint algorithmic differentiation (AAD) in the calculation of derivatives’ price sensitivities and the automation of report generation to assist clients with asset liability management (ALM).

Bloomberg also helps meet regulatory requirements aimed at transparency and comparability of investment products for the EU. The solution provides clients with access to Packaged Retail & Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) analytics on the Bloomberg Terminal and via an application programming interface (API).
